We have an exceptional opportunity for a highly motivated, career-focused and ambitious CAMO Engineer / Planner to join our client's dynamic operation. The selected candidate will ensure compliance with the continuous airworthiness requirements of EASA/CAMO, manage scheduled aircraft maintenance tasks, power plant systems maintenance tasks etc.

Our client is an airline registered in Malta.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure compliance with the continuous airworthiness requirements of EASA/CAMO
  • Manage scheduled aircraft maintenance tasks
  • Manage scheduled power plant systems maintenance tasks
  • Evaluate technical information and recommendations from aircraft, engine and component manufacturers
  • Evaluate legal requirements issued by the regulatory authorities
  • Provide repetitive and recurrent defect analysis to support the company’s reliability and maintainability programmes
  • Follow and control all work carried out on aircraft, engines and components as well as review and/or assessment of SBs, ADs, minor/major Modifications and Occurrence & Audit reports so that they are addressed in a timely manner.

EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
  • Preference will be given to candidates having previous/similar experience in CAMO/145 with at least 3 years experience in Continuing Airworthiness Management, CAMO Engineer / Planner
  • Good knowledge of EASA Part-M/CAMO
  • Good knowledge of A320 aircraft
  • Good knowledge of Aircraft Documentation
  • Good knowledge of IT
  • Be an EU/EEA/Swiss national, or otherwise have the right to live and work in Malta
  • Fluent in English
  • Ability to work effectively and productively as part of a multi-disciplined team.

EDUCATION
  • An Engineering degree and/or holder of a Part-66 AME licence.

WORKING TIME
  • Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8:00 to 17:00. Flexibility to work outside the normal office hours is expected. Willing and able to travel.​
