Job Role:
We are in the process of launching an exciting new product that will revolutionize the industry. We are seeking an experienced Assembly Technician to join our team and help us launch this game-changing product. As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for assembling our patented product and ensuring it meets our quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Perform mechanical and electrical assembly of our patented product according to work instructions and procedures
• Collaborate with the Assembly Engineer to optimize assembly processes and improve product quality and efficiency
• Perform quality checks on assembled products to ensure they meet our standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve any assembly issues that arise
• Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance product quality and streamline assembly processes
• Ensure all assembly activities are performed in compliance with safety and quality regulations.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Some years of experience in mechanical or electrical assembly
• Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of assembly techniques and processes
• Experience with hand tools, power tools, and test equipment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately
• Good communication and team collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to changing priorities.
