Malta Financial Services Authority is currently looking to recruit a Deputy Head to join their team on a full-time basis.
About Department:
The Data Solutions team is pivotal in driving business efficiency and operational excellence by leveraging new and cutting-edge technologies and systems, primarily focusing on the Authority’s supervision and electronic records management processes. The team is dedicated to the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the Authority’s new ERP Systems and ensuring its alignment with business objectives, thereby enhancing data quality, integrity, user productivity and the overall user experience.
Job Purpose:
At the MFSA, data is at the core of what we do. The role of Deputy Head – Data Strategy & Planning recognizes the commitment of the Authority to recognize data as a valuable asset that can be developed and managed to deliver value to the organization. This role will support the Head of Data Management & Business Intelligence in driving and implementing the Authority’s Data & AI programme. The Deputy Head will also play a crucial role in fostering a data-driven culture within the organization.
