Campaign Management and Analytics Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to take on the role of Campaign Management and Analytics Manager. This role involves creating and analysing campaigns using Optimove and analysing sales and customer experience (CX) data to provide actionable insights. The role will work closely with sales and marketing leadership teams.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage campaign strategies using Optimove
• Analyse campaign performance and optimize for better results.
• Work with sales and marketing leadership to align campaign strategies with business goals
• Analyse sales and CX data to uncover insights and trends
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve sales performance and customer experience
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign metrics
• Lead projects to drive data-driven decision-making

Requirements:

• Proven experience in campaign management, preferably with Optimove
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong project management skills
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
