We are looking for an experienced Sales Performance Coach to join our Customer Experience team. This role is key to driving performance excellence by training and developing both our Customer Care and Sales teams. You will be responsible for enhancing skills, improving sales effectiveness, and ensuring a customer-centric approach across all interactions. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in designing and delivering training programs focused on sales techniques, customer engagement, and consultative selling.
  • Work closely with Customer Care and Sales team leaders to identify training needs and develop customised coaching plans.
  • Deliver personalised coaching sessions, both one-on-one and in groups, to strengthen communication, sales techniques and objection handling techniques.
  • Monitor and assess individual and team performance metrics to track improvements.
  • Provide real-time feedback and support to help employees overcome challenges and improve sales conversations.
  • Develop training materials, role-playing exercises, and best practice guides to ensure consistency in customer interactions.
  • Support leaders in driving a high-performance culture by equipping them with coaching techniques to develop their teams.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven track record of success in sales, with the ability to inspire and drive agents to consistently reach targets.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, customer service excellence, and customer experience best practices.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and motivational skills.
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments with both care and sales teams.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools is considered an asset.
