Our Retail client is looking to recruit a Sales Receptionist to join their growing team. The chosen candidate will be responsible to:
Prioritize customer service, listen actively to understand their needs, and offer relevant product information or solutions;
Educate about the products, and get familiarized with key features, benefits, and any updates or new releases, enhancing the ability to assist customers effectively;
Practice using the stock control system regularly, when possible, seeking additional training to become more proficient;
Ensure accuracy in transactions; reconcile sales at the end of the day, addressing discrepancies and investigating promptly;
Conduct regular stock checks and monitor stock levels consistently to maintain accuracy;
Allocate time daily to keep the showroom clean and organized., creating a positive impression on customers, and contributing to a pleasant shopping experience;
Prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.
Skill-sets and Requirements
Must hold organizational skills
Must be proactive and a problem solver
Must be confident and have good people's skills
Education & Experience
Must be proficient in both Maltese and English
