F. Schembri Holdings in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Receptionist / Front Office Clerk to join their team on a full-time basis.

About us:
F. Schembri Holdings comprises a group of companies covering all aspects of the construction industry, including civil works, manufacturing of pre-cast elements, infrastructural works including roadwork and other capital projects, steel structures fabrication, mechanical and electrical installations, joinery and internal finishes.


  • Should have a minimum of O`level standard and be computer literate
  • Must be highly organised and can prioritise and complete tasks promptly
  • Be capable of performing basic mathematical calculations
  • Be capable of understanding written procedures and oral instructions
  • Must maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times
  • Be literate in English and Maltese
  • Have clean police conduct.

The main responsibilities include:

  • Greet and welcome clients, visitors and employees in a warm and professional manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
  • Keep a record of incoming and outgoing mail and distribute mail within the company
  • Perform tasks such as photocopying, scanning, shredding, laminating, and binding
  • Provide support to offices and other departments and assist with administrative tasks as required.
