We are looking for an organized, motivated individual to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a warm and welcoming environment for all visitors to our school. They will be the first point of contact for incoming calls and will be responsible for directing calls to the appropriate staff members.

The successful candidate will be expected to maintain a professional and organized reception area, as well as provide administrative support to other staff members. They will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing emails, as well as filing and organizing documents. They will also be expected to assist with basic office tasks such as photocopying, scanning and faxing.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be highly organized, and have the ability to multitask. They should also be proficient in Microsoft Office and have experience with general office equipment. The successful candidate will also need to be able to work independently and have a positive attitude.

A minimum English level of B2 is required.
