A client of ours operating within the legal industry, is seeking an Office Administrator with a focus on reception duties who will also efficiently manage day-to-day office operations. Responsibilities will include:

  • Filing and maintenance of accurate and updated records
  • Taking and directing incoming calls, and handling inquiries via phone/email correspondence
  • Scheduling client and internal meetings, and greeting and assisting guests.
  • Ordering and management of supplies
  • Liaison with cleaning and maintenance staff
  • Providing assistance with coordination of office events and activities.
  • Being the point of reference for staff and external stakeholders, including service providers
Skill-sets and Requirements
  • Fluency in both Maltese AND English is mandatory
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • IT literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Commitment to handling confidential information with discretion
  • Ability to organise, prioritise work, multi-task, take initiative and pride in their role, and work in a team in a fast-paced environment
Education & Experience
  • A Level Standard of Education, as a minimum
  • Prior experience in office management and administrative support is a must

€18,000 to €20,000 / year
