What You’ll Be Doing:
π¬ Assist & Engage – Be the friendly voice our customers rely on! Handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
β‘ Solve Problems Like a Pro – Resolve issues quickly and efficiently, ensuring a great customer experience
π¦ Process Orders & Returns – Ensure seamless order management and handle returns, exchanges, and refunds
π Stay Organised – Keep records updated in our CRM system and follow up on open cases
π€ Work as a Team – Collaborate with different departments to improve customer service processes.
What We’re Looking For:
β Fluent in German (spoken & written) + good English skills
