Junior Sales and Customer Service

Ta' Xmun Caterers are currently looking to recruit a Junior Sales and Customer Service to join their team on a full-time basis.

Job Role:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a junior sales and customer service executive. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with sales and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to start a career in sales and customer service. 
Candidates will be given full training and will be working hand in hand with the head of marketing and sales to progress and grow in their career with us!

Responsibilities:

• Taking orders from various platforms
• Process orders and ensure timely delivery to the customer
• Assisting customers with their queries & guiding them accordingly
• Providing a high level of customer service standards
• Inputting sales orders & monitor entire process
• Seek customer feedback
• Enhance customer loyalty programme
• Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions
• Assist senior sales executives in generating leads and closing sales.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
• Fluent Maltese and English Speakers preferred
