As a Front Office Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations at our front desk.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accuracy of information and timely completion of procedures
- Handle reservations and cancellations, and assist with room assignments
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions
- Assist with guest requests and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve any issues or complaints
- Follow all safety and security procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and employees
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer service or front desk role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in computer systems and software, such as MS Office and hotel management systems
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Attention to detail and ability to handle cash and credit transactions accurately
- Knowledge of multiple languages is a plus
