Prohealth Limited in Malta is looking to recruit a Customer Service Executive to join their team on a full-time basis. 

Are you an organized individual who enjoys working efficiently in a fast-paced environment? Do you have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role? Then join our friendly and dynamic team! 

*Applicants must have a valid working permit and must be living in Malta. 

Responsibilities:
  • Day-to-day front desk responsibilities
  • Handling all incoming calls and emails
  • Managing complaints
  • Processing sales orders and invoicing
  • Ensuring a high level of customer service and other administrative office duties.
  • Other office duties include reports

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Maltese and English
  • Knowledge of Microsoft applications and invoicing software is a must
  • Capable of working autonomously and in a team environment
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude
  • Logical ability towards problem-solving
  • Trustworthy and able to maintain focus even under minimum supervision
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Minimum O’ Level Qualification
  • Higher Education will be considered an advantage
