Tech4sGroup is currently looking to recruit a Customer Care Team Leader (Native French) to join their team on a full-time basis.

Job Role:
This company is a fast-growing and innovative service provider with Headquarters in Cyprus and a representative office in Malta. Our goal is to provide tech-oriented and high-quality services enabling our client’s growth and success.
Our team consist of IT, Marketing, eCommerce & other high-calibre professionals with experience in different industries.
Due to continuous growth, we are seeking to hire a Customer Care Team Leader to join our Customer Care Department.

Responsibilities:

  • Building and leading a strong and motivated team to achieve set/agreed targets whilst maintaining quality standards
  • Coaching, training and developing the team around you to ensure the highest standards of customer service are always provided to our customers
  • Scheduling the team to ensure that adequate resource is in place to cover business needs
  • Recruiting new team members, ensuring a dynamic and high-performing team is maintained
  • Ensuring team members understand how to meet performance expectations and provide ongoing support
  • Developing short-term improvement plans for low-performing individuals with clearly defined measures of success
  • Identifying training needs within the team
  • Monitoring the quality of the teams’ activity across all platforms including live chat & emails
  • Keeping up to date with operational changes that affect CS and relaying those changes effectively
  • Measuring and assessing quality in line with individual and team KPIs
  • Motivating team members and ensuring a positive and enjoyable working environment
  • Ensuring Compliance procedures are adhered to by everyone.


Requirements:

  • Native French and fluent English both oral and written is a must
  • Positive and can-do attitude with an agile approach
  • Ability to motivate others to ensure performance levels are exceeded
  • Working experience as a leader and/ or a coach
  • Have a genuine interest in the online sector
  • Have a positive outlook and encourage others to do the same
  • Accountability and responsibility for tasks at hand
  • Constructively share thoughts and suggestions for improvements
  • Natural ability to lead and develop a team
  • Ability to work well under pressure and multitask
  • Computer skills: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel).
