Our client i s look to employ a Customer Care / Front Office personnel. Your responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Cultivate positive customer relationships.
  • Stay updated on industry, market, and investment trends.
  • Stay informed about company products and warranties.
  • Manage warranty filing and issuance accurately.
  • Organise customer files and maintain showroom appearance.
  • Address after-sales inquiries promptly via various communication channels.
  • Collaborate with senior staff on sales queries and service appointments.
  • Schedule and confirm customer appointments.
  • Educate customers on company terms, conditions, and maintenance programs.
  • Assist with credit control and debtor management.
  • Support showroom operations and handle customer inquiries.
  • Provide quotes and facilitate sales closures.
  • Aid customers in navigating grant and benefit applications.
  • Perform secretarial tasks as needed.
  • Participate in events and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
  • Adhere to ISO procedures and maintain customer database integrity.
  • Support lead allocation and maintain professional appearance.
Skill-sets and Requirements
  • Ability to efficiently manage and organize customer files, warranties, and documentation both in physical and digital formats.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with customers, colleagues, and senior management across various channels.
  • Strong administrative abilities to handle tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining databases, and providing secretarial support as required.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Education & Experience
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a similar industry, with a strong focus on building positive relationships and resolving inquiries effectively.
  • Experience assisting with sales inquiries, providing quotes, and facilitating sales closures would be beneficial.
