Our client, who specialises in the Retail Industry, is currently recruiting for a Customer Care Representative. The responsibilities include:
- Providing professional customer care whilst dealing promptly with all customer enquiries including order processing and delivery dates
- Assisting clients with aftersales requests and handling any complaints by phone, email or in-person
- Liaising with other departments so as to ensure that customers receive the best possible service from the company
- Ensure that customers requiring after-sales service are followed up and that their needs are addressed as quickly as possible
- Providing support with administrative tasks or ad-hoc duties if assigned from time to time
Working Hours:
Showroom hours - Monday to Friday 9AM to 7PM (one day off) and Saturday 9AM to 1PM
€20,000 to €21,000 / year
