Main Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Managing a team of customer care representatives
  • Developing customer service policies & Procedures
  • Handling customer complaints
  • Training customer care representatives
  • Monitoring customer service metrics
  • Managing customer feedback
  • Collaborating with other departments
  • Maintaining customer database.

Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of work experience in a similar post
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • Leadership skills
  • High motivation to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be fluent in Maltese and English, Both spoken and written.
