We are currently seeking German-speaking candidates to join our growing team.

Reporting to the Team Leader, ideal candidates will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with their queries, and delivering a high standard of service in line with company procedures and performance targets.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for Airline Contact Centre Agents to join one of our sections in the airline industry. Ideal candidates will be given full training and will be assisting customers via phone, social media, chatbox, and emails. The section offers growth in different areas and provides opportunities to those who are willing to learn. This position is available on 40 hour-week basis. It is ideal for those candidates who are looking for stability and career growth.

Requirements.

  • Language requirements: English and German.
  • Good communication, writing and listening skills are particularly important in this role;
  • A can-do attitude and the ability to work on your own initiative with limited supervision;
  • Computer literate, preferably in possession of an ECDL certificate;
  • Previous experience in any customer care role is a must
  • Flexible to be rostered from Monday to Sunday
