Retail Marketing Ltd in Malta is looking to recruit a Client Relations Officer to join their team on a full/part-time basis. If you are behind that counter, then you are confident to face customers and make sure that their experience in our shop is always better than their expectations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
You are the company’s spokesperson with the latest information about our products and our shop
Customer feedback is always welcome. When people reach out, you will offer a solution with a smile. If it is a complaint, you reply with another smile.
Meet customer needs in a timely, efficient, and pleasant way. Always follow up.
Repeat customers are the best types of shoppers to have. Let them know that you are grateful for their purchases.
Take up calls and refer to the respective department; make sure you know the extensions and the person who will be following up.
Assist customers with their loyalty cards, forms to fill and other initiatives that the shop will take
Own your workspace with the latest posters, directions, and information in a very tidy manner
