Our client, an established company operating in the financial sector, is looking to recruit a Receptionist/Secretary to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for;
- Greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Handling incoming telephone calls and directing them accordingly
- Handling all incoming mail and deliveries to the offices
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, conferences and other events
- Assisting with general administrative tasks
Requirements
- Fluent in written and spoken Maltese AND English
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
Education and Experience
- A'Level Standard of Education is a must
- Proven experience in a similar role would be required
