Our Client, Leaders in Document Technology, Products, and Services are looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join their Service Department as a Call Centre Representative. As a Call Centre Representative, you will be the first point of contact for their customers and will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support.


  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers
  • Assist customers and resolving any issues or complaints
  • Maintain customer records and update information as needed
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of any issues
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been met and provide additional support if necessary
  • Utilise CRM software to manage and track customer interactions and data
  • Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals and metrics

Working Hours:

Winter: Monday - Friday: 0800hrs - 1700hrs

Summer: Monday - Friday: 0800hrs - 1630hrs , 0800hrs - 1300hrs on roster basis

  • Excellent verbal and written Maltese and English communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM software is a plus
  • Service-oriented mindset, willing to go the extra mile for team, clients, and customers. No task is too small.
  • Prior experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not required, as full training will be provided.
