Centrecom Limited in Malta is looking to recruit a Call Centre Agent (Mornings) to join their Contact Centre Team on a part-time basis.

This role is being offered on a definite contract basis with the possibility of being extended further subject to one's performance. Ideal candidates will be mainly working mornings Monday to Friday between 08:00 AM - 12:00 PM/13:00 PM. This role will start on the 3rd of October and training will be delivered either on the 30th of September or the 1st of October.

Job Role:
Ideal candidates will be given the training to handle inbound and outbound calls, ensuring that all customer queries are answered in a cordial manner whilst providing the correct information.

Requirements:

  • Flexible to always work Monday to Friday.
  • You need to be fluent in both Maltese and English as these are the two main languages we require for this role.
  • You need to be exceptionally organized and a problem solver.
  • Computer literate, preferably in possession of an ECDL certificate.
  • A can-do attitude and the ability to work on your own initiative with limited supervision.
