Centrecom Limited in Malta is looking to recruit a Call Centre Agent (Evening & Night Shift) to join their team on a full-time basis. 

Are you looking for a part /full-time job during the evenings and/or nights? If you are interested to work in customer care and you are available between Monday and Sunday, this is an ideal role for you.

Requirements:

  • You need to sit tight, roll up your sleeves and prepare to learn: no job is too big, or too small: obviously, we will train you.
  • You need to be fluent in both Maltese and English as these are the two main languages we require for this role.
  • You should feel confident that you can make our customers happy, and our days run a little more smoothly.
  • You need to be exceptionally organized and a problem solver.
  • You will need to perform tasks with initiative and creativity, spot the things that need to be done and find a way to make them happen.
  • Excellent computer skills – Outlook 365, Word, and Excel.
