Call Centre Agent

Centrecom Limited in Malta is currently looking to recruit Call Centre Agents to join their team on a full-time basis.

Job Role:

We currently have various sections where we need more Agents to join. Some of the sections require the French language, some German whilst others Italian and Maltese language. All positions are on a full-time basis and each section has its own opening hours.

We require candidates who are looking for a career in Customer Care, and who are looking for a stable job. If this will be your first work experience, don’t be hesitant to apply as we will provide you with all the necessary training.

Responsibilities:  

•  The Call Centre Agent will be responsible for assisting our customers, understanding what they need, and solving any issues in the most outstanding way possible.   

Requirements:  

• Fluency in either Maltese, English, French, German or Italian is what we are after. Language bonus is offered for various languages
• Excellent computer skills – Outlook 365, Word, and Excel 
• You need to be organized and a problem-solver 
• You will need to perform tasks with initiative and creativity and reach the daily SLAs
• You need to be open to learning as working with us is a constant learning cycle
