Hyatt Centric Malta is currently looking to recruit a Night Auditor to join their team on a full/part-time basis.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

We are looking for a customer service-oriented individual to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the night operations of the hotel, ensuring that all guests have a pleasant and safe stay.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Handling all formalities for individual and groups’ arrival, departures and queries
  • Putting guest care as a priority, with every effort being made to meet guests’ needs and demands
  • Answering phone calls and emails promptly and in a professional manner that reflects the Hotel Brand
  • Decision making in operational needs during the night
  • Upkeeping of hotel’s Hysat Score and various Review Platforms
  • Working closely with the Front Office Team to ensure the daily tasks are performed correctly
  • Responsible for the Night Audit and other reports that need to be generated
  • Dealing with guests’ feedback and queries during the night.

Requirements:

  • Excellent command of English. Other languages would be an asset
  • The ideal candidate will have previous front desk, customer service experience and professional presentation
  • Good knowledge of property management system, Opera.
