We are now on the lookout for team members to join our Contact Centre Team, becoming one of our Airline Customer Care Representatives (Italian/French speaking)

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for Customer Care Representative to join one of our sections in the airline industry. Ideal candidates will be given full training and will be assisting customers via phone, social media, chatbox, and emails. The section offers growth in different areas and provides opportunities to those who are willing to learn.

Requirements:

  • One must be fluent in Italian/French and English
  • Good communication, writing and listening skills are particularly important in this role
  • A can-do attitude and the ability to work on your own initiative with limited supervision
  • Computer literate, preferably in possession of an ECDL certificate
  • Previous experience in any customer care role is a must
  • Flexible to be rostered from Monday to Sunday (including public holidays) between 0800-1830hrs
