Our client, a leading Corporate Service Provider, is looking for a Trust and Corporate Administrator to join their team.
Responsibilities:
Assisting and handling the set up and day to day administration of trust and companies
Directly liaising with clients, intermediaries, banks as well as government entitles when required
Supporting in the coordination and attending of client meetings
Drafting minutes and resolutions
Assisting with cash flow management in terms of checking receipts, documenting funds as well as preparing payments
Handling statutory work
Supporting in carrying out annual reviews of all entities
Supporting in the departmental tasks when needed
Requirements
A minimum of 2 years of local experience working in a similar role
Studying for the STEP qualifications is preferred
Excellent verbal and written English
Education and Experience
A minimum of A' level standard or equivalent
