Private Clients Executive

Our client, an established multi-disciplinary firm based in Malta providing legal, tax, advisory and corporate services, is seeking to employ a Private Clients Executive to join their tight-knit team. The chosen candidate will be responsible for:

• Full execution of residence applications, tax programmes and citizenship applications for our high-end clients
• Responding to prospective queries from leads for our services
• Sending quotations for our services to prospective clients, meeting departmental objectives
• Preparing and reviewing the relative documentation required for submission to the respective authorities
• Liaising with relative government entities and clients
• Accompanying clients to relative government entities

• Candidates need to be already based in Malta, with the legal right to work in Malta
• Impeccable command of English; any other language will be considered an asset
• Excellent organisational, interpersonal and client management skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritise and work with precision
• Highly motivated and results-oriented
• Strong administrative skills

• A Level Standard of Education, as a minimum
• Previous experience in an Private Clients Executive is a must
• Previous experience in a corporate environment or within a CSP is highly desired
