We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our HoReCa sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and developing strategic partnerships within the HoReCa segment. This role requires a deep understanding of the FMCG industry, a strong network within the HoReCa sector, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the HoReCa segment, aligned with overall company goals.

• Account Management: Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

• New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the HoReCa sector, expanding our market presence.

• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and exceed expectations.

• Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and adjust strategies accordingly.

• Sales Reporting: Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.

Educational and skill requirements

• Be highly goal-oriented and possess excellent negotiation skills; 

• Possess effective communication skills in English and/or Maltese;

• Have strong leadership and delegation skills; 

• Have a positive attitude and the drive to succeed; 

• Have a degree level of education or equivalent;

• Be computer literate and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications; 

• Prior FMCG/HoReCa experience will be considered an asset however is not a requirement as on-the-job training will be provided.
