Project Manager (Manager of Operations)

Flavour Club Limited in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Project Manager (Manager of Operations) to join their team on a full-time basis.

Oversee Daily Operations:

Manage and supervise the daily operations of the team to ensure smooth workflows and optimal productivity. Address operational challenges, streamline processes, and ensure all team members are equipped to perform at their best.

Manage Day-to-Day Tasks & Project Management:

Lead and coordinate day-to-day tasks while supporting project management efforts to meet deadlines and business objectives. Utilize project management tools to track progress, allocate resources, and mitigate any risks or challenges.

Provide Team Support & Drive Performance:

Be the driving force in supporting your team to meet their goals. Offer guidance, mentorship, and resources, while fostering a high-performance culture. Motivate your team and provide constructive feedback to encourage continuous improvement.

Collaborate Across Teams:

Work closely with internal teams—such as Marketing, Sales, HR, and Product Development—to ensure seamless communication and efficient collaboration. Facilitate the completion of tasks and projects within the agreed-upon timelines and ensure alignment between departments.

Monitor & Analyze Team Performance:

Track and assess individual and team performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and other relevant metrics. Provide actionable insights, recommend improvements, and implement strategies for continuous growth and excellence.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in operations management or a similar leadership role
• Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully managing multiple tasks and projects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration between teams
• Ability to motivate, support, and guide a team toward achieving business goals
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess team performance and implement process improvements
• Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
