Our client is a small company, looking for a Junior Lawyer to join their team and support the work of the company , reporting directly to the Head of Malta Operations.

Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on Malta’s Citizenship by Investment (MEIN) and Residency by Investment (MPRP) programs.
  • Represent and accompany clients in meetings with relevant Maltese government authorities.
  • Prepare, complete, review, and manage citizenship and residency application forms and supporting documentation.
  • Coordinate with the Processing Center and ensure all documents are accurate, verified, and properly classified.
  • Provide feedback to clients, maintain professional communication, and conduct regular file follow-ups to track status and missing documents.
  • Oversee and review real estate investment purchase documentation related to applications.
  • Represent the company at international conferences, trade shows, and networking events.

Requirements

  • Has a degree of Doctor of Law (LL.D)
  • Has a license to practice law in Malta
  • Strong Administrative and time management skills
  • Strong understanding of both English and Maltese
