Head of Corporate Services

A Boutique CSP is currently on the lookout for a Head of Corporate Services to join the team

Duties include: 

• To oversee incorporation, management and secretarial compliance of various types of corporate clients.
• To ensure that ad hoc and annual services are being delivered to the clients in accordance with the set processes, procedures and in accordance with the applicable laws.
• To organize the internal processes for Corporate team to maximize effectiveness without compromising on the quality of clients’ experience.
• To oversee transaction monitoring process.
• To supervise and facilitate the training of junior members of the team ensuring that best industry practice is being applied and continually improved.

• ​Over 5 years in a local licensed CSP firm with over 2 years in staff management or supervision
• ​Proficiency in additional languages will be considered an asset.
• ​Ability to read and understand the law, procedures and previous cases ​
• Fluency in both written and spoken English

• Degree in Commerce / Business Administration / Commercial Law
