Our client, a leading company in Malta is hiring a General Manager to lead the company’s next stage of growth and performance.

The Role

• The role reports directly to the Executive Chairman and focuses on strategy, operations, and financial management.
• The successful candidate will oversee all business functions to ensure efficiency, profitability, and sustainable expansion.
• You will develop strategic plans, improving operations, and driving commercial growth opportunities.
• You will also manage budgeting, forecasting, and overall financial performance monitoring.
• Leadership is a major aspect of the role, including building and motivating a high-performing management team.
• You will maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, partners, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience in the FMCG, or a related sector is considered a strong advantage for applicants
• Candidates with senior management experience and qualifications in business, management, finance, or related fields will be preferred.
• Strong commercial acumen and a successful track record in driving business growth and profitability are essential requirements.
• Candidates should also possess excellent financial, operational, and strategic management skills, while being resilient and results-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
