Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Operations and Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our three restaurant outlets. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, flexible, and capable of handling both administrative and on-site operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and oversee maintenance works across all three restaurant locations
Manage and track purchase orders with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods
Liaise with suppliers and service providers to resolve issues efficiently
Travel between outlets as needed to deliver missing items or assist with operational needs
Support general administrative and operational tasks as required
Requirements:
Valid driving license and willingness to travel between locations
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Good communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and respond quickly to urgent situations
Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
