Our client, a local renowned CSP is seeking to recruit a Corporate manager to join their corporate team. The selected candidate will be responsible for the managing of the team and have the following responsibilities:
Attending corporate client meetings and taking minutes
Maintaining company registers.
Co-ordinating, handling and managing day-to-day client requests
Preparing and submitting of statutory filings as well as performing other statutory obligations
Collecting and conducting due diligence as part of the company's know your client procedures
Liaising with lawyers, accountants, auditors and other service providers on behalf of the clients
Re-evaluating clients in line with the company's quality and risk management policies
Liaising with relevant departments to address, advise and gather the necessary information on queries related with AML / CFT procedures and which include compliance checks
Monitoring and managing risk controls and advise management accordingly
Skill-sets and Requirements
Previous experience in a similar role within Financial services
Possess a good understanding of Maltese company law
Ability to multi task and work on own initiative as well as part of a team
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
A strong sense of urgency and commitment to high standards and the ability to meet deadlines
