Corporate Executive

Our client, a well-established CSP is looking for a Corporate Executive to join their Corporate Department
Responsibilities:
- Managing a portfolio of clients and handling client requests in a timely manner.
- Setting up and registering of local companies, trusts and foundations amongst others
- Attending client entities' board meetings and circulating agendas, proxy forms and taking minutes
- Keeping the client portfolio in good standing and compliant with Maltese laws
- Preparation, and submission of statutory filings
- Opening/closing of bank accounts and liaising with banks on a regular basis, as needed
- Liaising and corresponding with in-house lawyers, accountants, and auditors on behalf of clients
- Liaising with the Malta Business Registry and other regulatory authorities
- Previous local experience in a similar role, responsible for a portfolio of clients working within corporate
- Candidates with local experience in KYC within a financial institution may also be considered. All the necessary training will be provided

- Hybrid working after probation
