Client Relationship Associate (Mandarin Speaking )

Our client is looking for a Client Relationship Associate to join their growing team.

Main Responsibilities include :

Support the management of a client portfolio, ensuring that their needs are addressed with exceptional service in immigration and tax matters.

• Oversee all administrative responsibilities, including the preparation and submission of necessary forms and applications.
• Translate documents between Mandarin and English.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, facilitating smooth communication and providing timely updates.
• Assist clients during their visits to Malta, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
• Work closely with internal teams to deliver comprehensive support for residency, citizenship, and relocation processes.
• Interact with clients, their families, and representatives from local public and private institutions.
• Build a thorough knowledge base of essential local institutions, including government agencies.
• Collaborate with a committed team of colleagues who provide mutual support to one another.

• Excellent proficiency in both Mandarin and English

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business, Languages, Accounting, or a related discipline.
