Our client a renown CSP is looking for a Corporate Assistant Manager to lead a team 


  • Overseeing the company formation process by conducting client meetings, preparing M&As and relevant forms, and coordinating with clients to understand MBR requirements.
  • Drafting or reviewing documents for corporate changes, including those needed for complex alterations
  • Managing a portfolio of clients, building strong business relationships, and acting as the primary contact for routine corporate services.
  • Interpreting client requests for corporate changes and determining the appropriate resources to complete the work.
  • Understanding and accurately reporting changes in beneficial ownership to the MBR.
  • Preparing and reviewing Company Registers.
  • Assisting clients with MBR inspections by advising them on necessary information and documentation, preparing relevant documents, and coordinating with the MBR.
  • Leading the bank account opening process by identifying suitable financial institutions, gathering relevant client information, and communicating with banks.
  • Overseeing the time and budget management for multiple concurrent assignments, both personal and team-based, and promptly addressing issues, risks, and opportunities.
  • Participating in cross-departmental activities to ensure comprehensive customer service.
  • A minimum of 4 years experience in a similar role. Managed a team before
  • Have an excellent understanding of what forms are required by the MBR and any practical requirements that may be imposed from time to time by the MBR;
  • Be fluent in written and spoken English
