Corporate Administrator, Hybrid
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Corporate Administrator to join our client’s team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for those with a passion for corporate administration, ensuring smooth operations and compliance across all aspects of company management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in filing and reconciling records with internal systems
• Handle the onboarding of new clients, ensuring all required documentation is collected and processed
• Review Know Your Customer (KYC) documents to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Submit annual returns and other statutory filings in a timely manner
• Assist with share transfers and maintain accurate shareholding records
• Facilitate the opening of bank accounts on behalf of clients, liaising with financial institutions as required
• Upload forms and documentation on the Malta Business Registry (MBR) portal
• Maintain corporate records and ensure all company documentation is up-to-date
• Liaise with clients, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth corporate administration processes
Skills & Experience:
• Minimum of 1 year of local experience in corporate administration or a similar role
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements
• Fluency in written and spoken English
Salary: €23,000 - €28,000, depending on experience.
