Commercial Projects Executive (Architecture)

Our Client, a well-established international project management company in Malta, is looking for a Commercial Projects Executive to join their growing team. Reporting directly to the Head of Buisness Development, your responsibilities will include:

• Oversee client inquiries, preparing fee proposals, following up with clients, coordinating feedback and executing client reporting; and developing and delivering presentations;
• Take on small projects and handle them from start to finish;
• Developing operational contacts to support the business development team and contributing to the development of business development systems.
• Undertaking business development activities in both existing and new markets;
• Supporting the management and contributing in the implementation of the company's existing services relevant to its new and projected markets;
• Conduct market research to understand the target audience, competitors, and industry trends,and analyze data to identify opportunities.
• Develop engaging and informative content for various marketing channels, such as social media, email campaigns, and website. 
• Assisting and coordinating the compilation of marketing literature (brochures, press releases etc) to augment the company’s presence in the market
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, to ensure alignment on marketing strategies and initiatives and that projects are completed on time and within budget.

• Ability to understand and express technical concepts accurately with confidence and clarity
• Able to work under pressure and to work closely with others and independently
• Analytical and have a measured approach to decision-making
• Excellent planning and organisation skills, a high level of integrity

• A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or an industry-related discipline, preferably architecture
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
• Extensive experience in related disciplines will be considered as an asset
• Technical and commercial acumen of real estate, construction and infrastructure projects
• A valid driving licence
