Administrative Assistant
FJVA is a solution based corporate services provider and is seeking a dedicated and detail oriented Assistant Administrator to join our team. In this role you will support our administrative operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes within a fast-paced corporate environment.
Responsibilities
• Assisting the department with day-to-day administrative duties
• Photocopying, printing, scanning and saving documents electronically
• Maintaining both electronic and manual records
• Arranging for signatures, including the preparation of documents for electronic signature via DocuSign
• Handling incoming and outgoing mail and couriers which includes the preparation of documents, covering letters and envelope
• Arranging for the respective certification of documents as may be required
• Reception duties
• Managing pickups and delivery of documents
• Preparing boardrooms for meetings
• Assisting other members of the administration team
• Any other duties which the company deems necessary of an administration nature
Requirements and Qualifications
• Good oral and written communication skills in English
• Be organised with attention to detail
• Be able to multi-task and to have the ability to prioritise work
• Profound knowledge of MS Office applications and other office software
• An effective team player with good interpersonal skills to create a rapport with you team and other departments
• Experience in a similar role would be considered as an asset, however, training in the job will be provided as may be required.
