Compliance Executive – (Hybrid)

The platform works under the strict regulation of the following authorities and licenses:  
- Class 4 Virtual Financial Assets License from the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA)  


Our Kyrrex team is growing! We are currently on the lookout for a hands-on, proactive Compliance Executive who will be able to join our growing team!  

Responsibilities: 

  • Assist on queries on AML/CFT laws and regulations, business and customer risk assessments, regulatory compliance with the MFSA rules and regulations; 
  • Review policies and procedures, business risk assessment and provide on- going compliance support; 
  • Read and keep abreast with developments in the national regulatory framework, AML/CFT regulation and inform the team of such changes; 
  • Communicate with the MLRO/Compliance Officer (CO) and the Board of Directors and assist same on matters with the MFSA; 
  • Offer day to day support on issues related to compliance and regulation; 
  • Liaise with internal departments as well as regulatory and supervisory bodies. 

Skills and qualifications   

  • Experience in Compliance at least 2 years 

  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)  

  • Fluent in spoken and written English  

  • Highly organized, efficient, and able to manage own workload with minimal supervision 

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, MS Outlook 

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks 

  • Excellent time management skills 

  • Keen eye for detail, and result oriented  

  • Analytic mindset and problem solver 

  • Ability to analyze regulatory and legal texts and understand potential breaches or gaps 

  • Experience in carrying out customer risk assessments
