Our client, is looking to recruit an Compliance Monitoring Manager Part-CAMO to join their growing team. The chosen candidate will be responsible for :

  • Ensure the compliance monitoring system operates independently of other functions;
  • Ensure CAC's activities comply with applicable regulatory requirements and any additional CAC-specific requirements;
  • Supervise the relevant functional area heads to ensure proper execution of compliance activities;
  • Establish, implement, and maintain the CAC Compliance Monitoring System according to approved procedures, regularly reviewing and improving the system as necessary;
  • Establish, implement, and update the audit plan in coordination with compliance monitoring staff, and ensuring approval by the Accountable Manager and communicated to the TM
  • Supervise all audits conducted within CAC, ensuring corrective actions are taken by the responsible nominated persons and monitoring their effectiveness;
  • Make recommendations to the Accountable Manager and Nominated Persons based on best practices;
  • Administer the Safety and Compliance Review Board together with the Safety Manager;
  • Provide regular feedback to the Accountable Manager regarding audit programme progress, non-conformances/findings, and any arising potential problems;
  • Liaise with Authorities and relevant external entities on regulatory, organisational, administrative, or technical matters;
  • Manage changes affecting Authorities' approvals and update the Safety and Compliance Management Manual accordingly;
  • Monitor all contracted maintenance to ensure it is carried out in accordance with the contract;
  • Monitor all Continuing Airworthiness management activities to ensure compliance with approved procedures;
  • Ensure compliance monitoring activities are properly documented and stored.

Requirements
  • Good knowledge in Compliance Monitoring, auditing, and risk management.
  • Good redactional skills (making report).
  • Good communication skills (particularly English Language).
Education and Experience
  • BA or equivalent degree in relevant subject
  • Proven experience in successful completion of a recognized formal 'Internal' or 'Lead' auditor training.
  • Received training and/or be experienced in the function to be monitored.
  • Working knowledge of applicable regulations and standards.
  • Knowledgeable in the internal procedures and workings of the organization.
  • 5 years of work experinece in an aviation related environment (Maintenance Engineering or Compliance Monitoring).
