Senior Risk Analyst

Our client, a leading financial institution is seeking to recruit a Senior Risk Analyst. The selected candidate will have the following responsibilities:

• Conducting analysis with regards to risk areas and support analytical work within the department
• Supporting in the development and refinement of internal models, contributing to their validation and calibration to maintain their accuracy and relevance
• Developing, implementing and updating of risk and econometric models, risk management tools, risk metrics and other analytical models
• Drafting and reviewing of internal policies and procedures and ensure these are aligned with internal processes and updated regulations
• Leading ESG risk assessments and data collection efforts to promote sustainability and ensure the organization's adherence to evolving regulations
• Keeping abreast with related regulations and standards
• Assisting with any other duty which may be required from time to time

• Minimum three years working experience in a similar role
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office tools especially Microsoft Excel
• Possess strong analytical skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Possess excellent intrapersonal skills

• Hold a Degree in Financial Services, Statistics or equivalent
