Senior Investor Relations Officer

A highly reputable client of ours specialising in Financial and Corporate services, is currently looking to onboard a Senior Investor Relations Officer to join their team.

Main responsibilities :

• Conduct AML checks on shareholder accounts, including both individual and corporate accounts.
• Process and review transaction order requests, such as subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, capital calls, and distributions.
• Maintain and update Shareholder Registers for various funds under administration.
• Support the Head of Transfer Agency in team management, ensuring adherence to internal controls.
• Provide coaching and guidance to junior team members.
• Generate and deliver periodic reports on shareholder trading activity to Fund Managers.
• Handle investor queries on an ongoing basis.
• Oversee and manage the Transfer Agency relationship with Fund Managers.

• 3 years of experience in Transfer Agency with strong AML exposure.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working both independently and within a team.

• A diploma in Compliance and/or AML will be considered an asset
