Job Responsibilities and Duties
Achieve personal business targets and objectives;
Engage in proactive prospecting and client acquisition efforts;
Provide expert sales and advisory services to clients, focusing on Bank deposit products and ensuring high client satisfaction;
Negotiate and finalize contracts in line with company policies, ensuring compliance with all requirements;
Manage client onboarding, maintains essential documentation, and ensures the proper transfer of data for secure storage and processing;
Regularly monitor client activities, identifying and mitigating potential risks and losses;
Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring long-term business growth;
Deliver training and development programs to Bank employees, sharing expertise and enhancing professional capabilities within the team.
Experience
Experience in sales or the banking field is a strong advantage;
A Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Studies, or a related field will be considered an asset;
Proficient in MS Office, with a focus on Word and Excel;
Fluent in both English and German;
Familiarity with acquisition and sales techniques.
Personal Skills
Strong sales skills and drive;
Demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to establish positive relationships with clients.
