Tendering Executive

Job Description
G4S Malta is looking to recruit a Tendering Executive to join their team on a full-time basis.

The main responsibilities include:

• Supporting our commercial team by proactively coordinating the end-to-end process involved in tender submissions; this will require working closely with various stakeholders to ensure that tenders are completed on schedule and to a high standard;
• Preparing all required documentation for review prior to submission;
• Collating all the supporting documentation required to submit each tender;
• Accurately maintaining the tender database;
• Maintaining excellent documentary records and improving processes for document retention and retrieval.

The ideal candidate should:

• Possess a good command of English and Maltese, both verbally and in writing;
• Be IT literate, and particularly proficient in the use of Word and Excel;
• Possess the ability to collaborate, work in teams and coordinate a process with numerous functional stakeholders;
• Preferably possess a Tertiary level of education;
• Prior working experience in a similar environment is considered a great asset.
