Key Responsibilities

Administrative Excellence

• Manage and oversee the invoicing process for maintenance agreements, software licenses, and other services.

• Maintain an organized and efficient filing system by scanning and filing invoices, job cards, and other essential documents.

• Ensure job cards and timesheets are updated accurately and consistently to reflect ongoing operations.

Customer Liaison

• Communicate with customers to confirm and process renewals of maintenance agreements, software licenses, and other services.

• Respond to customer inquiries related to printer support services and invoicing, providing prompt and effective resolutions.

Support Coordination

• Finalize and close invoicing for job sheets across designated departments.

• Log and track support calls for the technical support team, ensuring accurate documentation and timely follow-ups.

• Collaborate with various departments to streamline workflows and support seamless operations.

Adaptability

• Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as directed, aligning with the scope of the role and the company’s objectives.

Key Skills and Competencies

• Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.

• Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal abilities to engage effectively with both customers and internal teams.

• Proficiency in document handling, filing systems, and process management.

• Strong multitasking and prioritization skills to handle dynamic workloads in a fast-paced environment.
