Premier Capital is seeking to recruit a Secretary to the Board to support the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer in coordinating leadership meetings, ensuring preparedness and handling action plans, while also acting as Board Secretary for the group’s six subsidiaries in Malta, Romania, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia.
Based in Malta and reporting to the Chairman and CEO, the Secretary to the Board will organize and mobilize the Executive Committee, be proactive in following up on actions required and assist with the management of special projects. The candidate will also work closely with the Group’s Company Secretary in ensuring organizational and governance standards are upheld.
The Secretary to the Board will serve as Secretary to Premier Capital’s Executive Committee and subsidiary boards - coordinating agendas, taking minutes and ensuring timely project completion. The role requires extensive travel for meetings and proficient communication, administrative and project management skills.

THE REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will be an experienced lawyer, accountant, or governance professional with strong organizational and multitasking skills. They should possess excellent written and verbal communication abilities, be capable of working independently and handling confidential information with discretion and be skilled in prioritizing tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel extensively is essential. Proficiency when interacting with internal and external stakeholders is required and experience in McDonald’s business or familiarity with corporate governance and legal compliance will be considered assets.
