Our firm of is seeking to recruit a proactive Secretary to join our team and support our professional staff. This role requires keeping our day-to-day operations running smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities will include:
• Managing and scheduling meetings, handling of incoming calls.
• Greeting and attending to clients in a courteous, efficient and professional manner.
• Maintenance of office systems and files including paper and electronic filing.
• Assisting professional staff in tasks related to day-to-day office duties.
• Support staff with the onboarding and filing of documentation in relation to new clients as well as assisting with KYC and compliance documentation.
Responsibilities will include:
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in Maltese and English.
• Able to prioritise and organise work effectively to meet deadlines.
• Proficient use of Microsoft office (MS word and MS Excel).
• A-level standard of education. Understanding in Accounts would be an asset.
• Experience, although an asset, not required as necessary training will be provided.
